Chief Resource Officers

Scott Phillips is Vice President and Area Chief Resource Officer for The Resource Group, supporting Ascension Oklahoma Ministry Markets.  In this role, Scott has responsibility for managing all Supply Chain activities for the St. John Health System in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Scott has more than 35 years of combined clinical and administrative experience, including over 30 years of progressive responsibility in the areas of hospital operations, ambulatory care, physician services, and supply chain.  Prior to his time with The Resource Group, Scott served as Director of Operations for St. John Clinic, Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Prior to his work in Tulsa, Scott amassed over 11 years of leadership experience as Vice President of Physician Services and Vice President of Clinical Services at the Ascension Health Ministry in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.  As Vice President of Physician Services, Scott also served as President of The Gemini Medical Group, Jane Phillips Specialty Physicians and The Synergy Hospitalist Group.

Scott received his BHS and MHS in Healthcare Administration from The Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas.
