System Support Leader Team

Eric Macke is the Chief Integration Officer for The Resource Group. In this role, he is responsible for the implementation and sustainment of The Resource Group’s national contract portfolio, as well as relationship management activities with Ascension and Participant leadership. He also oversees The Resource Group’s data strategy and analytics group, Data Action.

Eric has served in several leadership roles since joining The Resource Group in 2015, including Vice President, National Operations & Logistics, Vice President and Chief Resource Officer for the Ascension Kansas Market, and Senior Director, Field Operations, also at Ascension Kansas.

His first roles were analytics focused, initially supporting the Ascension Kansas Market as a Senior Analyst and later serving in the Senior Analyst role supporting The Resource Group’s Operations Community and Chief Operating Officer.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri, and a Master of Science in Data Science from the University of Notre Dame. He also served as an officer in the United States Navy, primarily on board the fast attack submarine USS Annapolis based out of Groton, Connecticut.
