System Support Leader Team

Todd Adams is the Chief Integration Officer for The Resource Group. In this role, Todd leads the Integration and Value Acceleration Communities, primarily focused on providing strategic leadership, clinician engagement, and implementation support to enhance customer experience and deliver optimal value for Participants. The members of the Integration and Value Acceleration Communities are the change management experts within The Resource Group, leading with proactive hospitality, exceptional communication approaches, and thoughtful relationship management. Todd also maintains some oversight over the Sterile Processing Community, focusing on education, training, audit, and quality. In addition to these leadership responsibilities, Todd oversees Supply Chain technology (ERP) deployment, and business transformation to improve operations efficiency. 

In his time at The Resource Group, Todd has also served as the Chief Operating Officer and the Vice President of Operations for Ascension Michigan, which included the St. John Providence, Genesy, Borgess, St. Mary’s of Michigan, and St. Joseph Health Systems. Prior to his work with Ascension and The Resource Group, Todd spent several years within supply chain management at Trinity Health. He also has held global leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry while working for Pfizer and Sanofi-Aventis.

Todd holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University (PA). Todd completed the Ascension Executive Ministry Leadership Formation Program in 2016 and is currently enrolled in the Ascension Leadership Academy, with an expected completion date in 2024.  In his free time, Todd volunteers as a board member for CCB Packaging and the Howard University Supply Chain Management Advisory Board.
