Chief Resource Officers

Joshua Keeter is the Vice President and Area Chief Resource Officer serving non-Acute and Integrated Participant sites.  In his role, Joshua is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing enhanced programing for those Participants. He is also responsible for determining the best approach to control supply and non-labor spend through facilitation of utilization strategies with physicians and clinicians and managing change related to supply chain for The Resource Group’s non-Acute and Integrated Participant sites of care.  

Joshua has over ten years of experience with The Resource Group. Most recently he served in London, United Kingdom as the General Manager for Ascension Ramsay NuSoarceGlobal, a first of its kind international joint venture leading global negotiations on behalf of Ascension and Ramsay. Before his international assignment, Joshua served as Chief Resource Officer at St. Anthony’s Medical Center (St. Louis, MO), a former Integrated Participant of The Resource Group. Joshua started his journey in The Resource Group as sourcing leader with a primary focus on Critical and General Medical Product categories.  Prior to The Resource Group, Joshua spent significant time in the financial planning retail sector.

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Missouri and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. Joshua has served in a variety of school board and committee leadership roles over the years and is currently a member of the School Accountability Committee for New Vista High School in Boulder, CO.
