One of the most incredible things about The Resource Group is our workplace culture. It’s a culture that places a high value on enabling us all to carry out our mission to serve.

A great example of this is the commitment to continued personal growth and learning through Accelerate U. It is rare to find a company that makes associate growth so accessible. Accelerate U has allowed me to learn about healthcare finance, write a better resume, and grow leadership traits. Through Accelerate U, I have also been able to meet and get to know people on different teams in different places. This has had the secondary impact of creating a sense of community – which is difficult when so many of us work remotely.

I also find our culture to be one of tremendous generosity. That generosity can be seen in many ways. One specific example is our annual Christmas Adopt-A-Family efforts. It is gratifying to see how many of us came together to raise so much money for families in need during the holiday season. When everyone pulls together and contributes, the impacts can be so great.

I see examples of generosity on my own team, as well. The willingness to volunteer assistance, answer questions, help with a project or task, teach something new, etc. These are all things I see and experience frequently. For this I feel truly blessed.
