Jim House, Implementation Manager, The Resource Group supports the Louisiana Children's Medical Center (LCMC Health). Since 1995, Jim has committed to making a difference within the healthcare space. His efforts during COVID-19 were no different.

During the early stages of the COVID-19 outbreak, it was clear the healthcare supply chain wouldn’t be able to keep up with the rapidly increasing demand. Seeing this problem firsthand, Jim and the local Resource Group Implementation community worked to secure and deliver over 50,000 surgical masks across LCMC Health hospitals and clinics. This is just a fraction of the work led by Jim and the LCMC Health Resource Group team.

As Jim reflected on the pandemic he stated “Many industries beyond healthcare have been affected by this pandemic, however what makes healthcare unique are the clinical teams who put their own well-being on the line every day in order to treat and provide comfort to those affected by COVID-19. I am honored to have been able to support our frontline heroes.” He added “Although there is no immediate end in sight for the COVID-19 pandemic it is comforting to know that our Resource Group associates, local and national, continue to do all that they can to support the real heroes, our clinical teams.”
