Field Leadership Team

Tyler Limbaugh is the Regional Operating Officer in the Southeast region for The Resource Group, serving Florida, Maryland, and Tennessee. In this role, Tyler provides strategic leadership for the operations and logistics function within his region. In addition, Tyler identifies participant needs and requirements to evaluate, innovate, and implement solutions that provide seamless, efficient logistics and supply operations. He also develops and maintains local and national relationships to address new opportunities, collaborate on market growth, and enhance customer service to participants.

Tyler has served Ascension and The Resource Group in multiple roles since 2013, most recently as the Regional Integration Officer in the Southeast region, and before that as the Senior Director of Operations for Ascension St. Vincent's. Prior to joining Ascension and The Resource Group, Tyler worked as a Professional Engineer (Civil) specializing in Land Development and Water Resources to serve public and private sector clients.

Tyler holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology’s Scheller College of Business. Tyler is actively involved in the Greater Jacksonville community, where he serves as a Volunteer Leader for the PLAYERS Championship, a Cabinet Member for Ascension St. Vincent’s Foundation, and as a volunteer coach for youth athletics. Tyler is also engaged in the Archdiocese of St. Augustine and his local parish, St. John Paul II Catholic Church. Tyler is an active member of Legatus Catholic Business leaders, Lumen Institute, Bishop’s Catholic Business Men & Women Ministry, a member of the Knights of Columbus, men’s ministry, and serves as a youth catechist.
