Contracting Leaders

As the Vice President, IT Contracting for The Resource Group, Ryan leads support for our eSourcing program, contract lifecycle management processes, proactive contracting strategy management, and provides oversight of strategic sourcing forecasting and performance metrics, in addition to IT contracting.

Ryan has been with The Resource Group for nine years, serving in a variety of roles. Most recently, Ryan served as the Vice President of Strategic Sourcing Optimization, and prior to that as the National Director of Contracting Strategy. Before to his work with Ascension and The Resource Group, Ryan worked in various capacities within procurement and strategic sourcing at Anheuser-Busch InBev. There he was exposed to the technology service contract category, as well as eSourcing and contract lifecycle management. 

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Webster University. Ryan received a PMP certification in 2017 from Project Management Institute, guest speaks on eSourcing and negotiation strategy several times a year at Howard University, and is a co-founder of an annual fundraising campaign, ‘Kick It For Recovery,’ which raises money to provide scholarships for those in financial need seeking extended living and sober care support in their addiction recovery journeys.
