System Support Leadership Team

Percy Mutekanga is the Vice President, Ascension IT Sourcing for The Resource Group. In this role, Percy leads the IT Contracting team in strategic contract development, cost-saving initiatives, and portfolio management. Percy also oversees collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, compliant agreements are aligned with Ascension’s organizational goals.

Percy has been with The Resource Group for ten years, serving in various roles supporting Capital Medical Equipment, Lab and IT Contracting. Most recently, as Director, Contract Design - IT Clinical Products, Percy managed the largest portfolio of IT contracts supporting Ascension Technologies and Ascension clinicians. Before joining The Resource Group, Percy was with Nidec Motor Corporation, where he managed international accounts and led initiatives in product development, compliance, logistics, and cross-functional project management.

Percy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Principia College and a Master’s degree in International Business from Webster University. He also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
