System Support Leadership Team

Nick Criswell is the Vice President, Data Science for The Resource Group. In this role, Nick leads a team that is responsible for building user facing dashboards and reports, Cloud Data Warehouse solutions, and advanced analytics. His team oversees The Resource Group’s Google Cloud Platform environment and develops strategic data sources that support decision-making across the organization. The team also serves as a key connection point between The Resource Group and technology teams across Ascension.

Nick began his career with The Resource Group in 2012, and has served in a variety of data and analytics roles, initially starting as an analyst supporting contracting and progressing into his current leadership role. Throughout his career, his work has focused on developing tools, processes, and data capabilities that enable better decision-making across the organization. 

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Missouri - Columbia as well as a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
