Field Leadership Team

In the Regional Operating Officer role, Laurie provides strategic leadership for the operations and logistics function within the South region. In addition, Laurie identifies participant needs and requirements to evaluate, innovate, and implement solutions that provide seamless, efficient logistics and supply operations. She also develops and maintains local and national relationships to address new opportunities, collaborate on market growth, and enhance customer service to participants.

Laurie previously served as Senior Operations Director for the Oklahoma Market. Prior to her work with Ascension and The Resource Group, Laurie served Ascension's Seton health ministry in various roles supporting procedural services lines, supply chain operations, and surgery business office functions. Laurie began her career at Universal Health Services as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Laurie holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Leo University and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, and is a fifth-year PhD candidate studying Public Health with a focus on Epidemiology. She is active in her community, volunteering with a Tulsa food pantry that distributes more than $1.8M in donated food annually to address food insecurity. Laurie also serves on committees within her son’s Boy Scout troop, volunteers with a local Blue Star Mothers chapter, and has served multiple years on the Advisory Board for Tulsa Community College’s Surgical Technology Program.
