Field Leadership Team

Kelton Redpath is the Vice President, Deployment for The Resource Group. In this role, Kelton provides strategic leadership for resource and supply management with his team and is responsible for all new participants to The Resource Group GPO. Kelton and team lead initiatives that accelerate the integration of system-wide projects, including mergers, acquisitions, capital improvements, and supply chain integrations, ensuring shared accountability for goals, resources, and project management.

Kelton has been with The Resource Group and Ascension for ten years, serving in a variety of Deployment roles. Most recently, Kelton served as the Executive Director, Strategic Integration and Deployment, leading strategic initiatives for Ascension and integrations for The Resource Group. Kelton began his career with The Resource Group as a Senior Consultant on the Deployment team and has led or directly integrated over 75 participant locations during his tenure. Prior to joining The Resource Group, Kelton served as a Supply Chain Analyst in the diesel engine manufacturing industry and was a Regional Director for multiple restaurants.

Kelton holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hardin-Simmons University. He has also completed professional training in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and GE Change Acceleration Process Training.
