Senior Leadership Team

Joshua Keeter serves as Chief Sourcing Officer of The Resource Group, leading the contracting functions for Capital Equipment, Laboratory, Medical Supplies, and Pharmaceuticals. In this role, he ensures the successful development, delivery, and ongoing management of The Resource Group’s contract portfolio.

Joshua has been with The Resource Group since 2010. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Contract Design & Sourcing, where he led sourcing efforts for multiple categories within The Resource Group including Critical Products and Rapid Design. Joshua also served as an Area Chief Resource Officer for Integrated Participants and non-acute partners. Previously, Joshua served in London, United Kingdom, as the General Manager for Ascension Ramsay NuSoarceGlobal, a first of its kind international joint venture leading global negotiations on behalf of Ascension and Ramsay. Before his international assignment, Joshua served as Chief Resource Officer at St. Anthony’s Medical Center (St. Louis, MO), a former participant of The Resource Group. Joshua started his journey in The Resource Group as a sourcing leader with a primary focus on Critical and General Medical Product categories. Prior to The Resource Group, Joshua spent significant time in merchandise and finance in the retail sector.

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Missouri and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. Joshua has served in a variety of school board and committee leadership roles over the years in both Missouri and Colorado.
