System Support Leadership Team

Jenny Moats is the Vice President, Strategic Sourcing Optimization, for The Resource Group. In this role, she leads functions that support contracting operations, including analytics, contracting operations, eSourcing, performance metrics, process improvement and project management, compliance, and program support.

Jenny began her career with The Resource Group 13 years ago and has served in a variety of roles during her time with the organization. She joined The Resource Group as an Executive Analyst before moving into project management, where she led strategic initiatives for the leadership team. In 2023, Jenny expanded her scope to include leadership of Analytics, ultimately advancing into her current role overseeing all of Strategic Sourcing Optimization.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri, and a Master of Business Administration from Lindenwood University.
