Contracting Leadership

As Vice President, Contract Design and Sourcing, Jennifer leads sourcing efforts for the Purchased Services and Facilities categories within The Resource Group. Under Jennifer’s leadership, members of the Contract Design Community engage end-users to define the attributes required in products and services and work alongside members of the Sourcing Community to negotiate contracts for products and services that reflect those attributes and drive value for participants. In addition, Jennifer oversees The Resource Group’s Responsible Sourcing Program.

Jennifer has been with The Resource Group for over 12 years, serving in a variety of Contract Design leadership roles in various categories including Critical Products and Rapid Design. Most recently, Jennifer served as Vice President, Contract Design for the Capital and Laboratory categories in addition to Purchased Services and Facilities Sourcing.

Prior to joining The Resource Group, Jennifer served in a variety of supply chain management roles at Resource Optimization & Innovation (ROi) including Supervisor, Analytic Support Services and Comparative Cost Studies Coordinator. Jennifer earned both a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Health Administration from Southeast Missouri State University.
