Field Leadership Team

In the Regional Integration Officer role, Geoff is responsible for providing strategic leadership, building relationships, and bringing deep expertise for the sites of care within the Central region. In addition, Geoff coordinates with vice presidents, finance, ministry leadership, and other Resource Group leaders to develop and implement savings plans that support the ministry's fiscal, clinical, and safety goals.

Geoff has been with The Resource Group for 15 years, serving Ascension Indiana since 2013 as Area Senior Director of Operations and then most recently as a Chief Resource Officer. Prior to working in Indiana, he served as Director of Operations at Ascension Providence in Waco, Texas. Before joining The Resource Group, Geoff worked in the telecommunications industry for Cox Communications as a Manager and Director of Business Assurance and at MCI WorldCom.

Geoff earned his Bachelor of Science in Zoology (Pre-Medicine) with a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University. He then earned his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from Tarleton State University. Geoff is also a former board member for the Hospital Sisters Health System Foundation and was previously certified as an Internal Auditor.
