Field Leadership Team

As the Regional Integration Officer in Michigan, Durgesh is responsible for providing strategic leadership, building relationships, and bringing deep expertise for the sites of care within the Henry Ford Health locations. Durgesh coordinates with Vice Presidents, finance, health system leadership, and other Resource Group leaders to develop and implement savings plans that support the health system’s fiscal, clinical, and safety goals.

Durgesh brings extensive leadership experience from both healthcare and automotive sectors to his role at The Resource Group. Previously, as Market Director within Supply Chain at Henry Ford Health, he oversaw operations and integration initiatives across multiple acute care and ambulatory sites. Before transitioning to healthcare, Durgesh held progressive leadership positions in vehicle design engineering and product development at Stellantis Corporation and Ford Motor Company.

Durgesh holds two master's degrees: an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and brings a unique blend of technical and business acumen to the table.
