Candice Pytlik
Candice is the Chief Supply Chain Officer for The Resource Group at Henry Ford Health in Michigan. In this role, Candice is responsible for providing strategic leadership, building relationships, and bringing deep expertise for the sites of care within the Henry Ford Health site of care. In addition, Candice coordinates with Vice Presidents, finance, ministry leadership, and other Resource Group leaders to develop and implement savings plans that support the ministry’s fiscal, clinical, and safety goals.
Candice previously served as the Regional Integration Officer. Prior to joining The Resource Group, Candice worked at Henry Ford Health as the Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Procure to Pay. Before Henry Ford Health, Candice had a 15-year career at Trinity Health and served in various leadership roles within supply chain management.
Candice holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in Supply Chain Management and a master's degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University. Candice achieved certifications from the Institute of Supply Management for her CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) as well as from the Association for Supply Chain Management for her CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management).
