Field Leadership Team

In the Regional Operating Officer role, Aubree provides strategic leadership for the supply chain operations and logistics function in the Central region. In addition, Aubree identifies participant needs and requirements to evaluate, innovate, and implement solutions that provide efficient logistics and supply operations. Aubree also develops and maintains local and national relationships to address new opportunities, collaborate on market growth, and enhance customer service to drive savings initiatives.

Aubree joined The Resource Group in 2017 and has served in progressive leadership roles within the Field Operations Community; previously serving the Ascension Kansas and Michigan markets. During this time, Aubree has had success in building sustainable relationships, standardizing processes, and overall creating improvement in operational efficiency.

Aubree holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and a master’s degree in Organizational Management with specialization in Supply Chain Management from Ashford University. Prior to joining The Resource Group, Aubree’s diverse background in commercial and industrial lending, coupled with experience in manufacturing and distribution contributes to her success today. She has also earned certificates in medical billing and coding, prior certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and has completed advanced leadership training and accountability programs at Robert Morris College. Beyond the enterprise, Aubree is deeply committed to community impact through her work with the Milwaukee Anchor Collaborative, where she champions inclusive economic growth by connecting healthcare systems with diverse local businesses.
