System Support Leadership

Abby Lanza is the Vice President, Strategic Alignment for The Resource Group. In this role, Abby leads the organization’s marketing & communications functions, community support function, and administrative function, as well as oversees university recruiting and The Resource Group’s intern program. She manages internal processes and policies and other organization infrastructure such as job architecture and workforce planning. 

Her work is focused on aligning activities with the organization’s goals, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to prioritize and communicate key strategic initiatives. 

Abby began her career with The Resource Group 13 years ago, and has served in a variety of roles spanning analytics, community support, participant development, marketing & communications, and strategic project management. 

Abby holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, Master’s in Business Administration, and Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
